40 count- Gyna Caffrorum “Chrome” (mixed nymphs/adults)

Description: Flashy but classy! Gyna Caffrorum or the Chrome Roach hails from Southern Africa. They are a porcelain roach and would say the hardiest and possibly prolific. Thy are typically black with tan or brown markings as nymphs then showing distinct grey, white, and black coloration and markings.

These guys are thankfully easy-going in the sense of success. I provide high cross ventilation keeping the bottom of the substrate moist. The top of the substrate I keep dense with leaf litter. They mainly eat pumpkin, oats, apples, and pears as well as the leaf litter. According to other keepers they can be used as a feeder and I have fed some to my New Caledonian geckos.

Disclaimer: I keep them in a well-ventilated bin with moist, deep substrate, leaf litter, egg crates, and white rot wood.
