All Isopoda will be a mix of young, subadults, and adults to ensure culture success.
All Neanuridae will be a mix of subadults and adults, as young do not fare well during shipping.
All Diplopoda will be a mix of subadults and adults to ensure culture success.
All Blattidae will either be a mix of differing-sized nymphs or a combination of adults and nymphs.
All Collembola will be seasoned breeding cultures

Overcounts are offered on select springtail orders
Overcounts are meant to offset possible DOAs
If a listing says “Overcount”, an additional quantity will be added to the count listed.
Select springtails will have a 20% overcount.

Neanuridae springtails are myxomycete specialists and must be fed slime mold to survive long-term and breed
By purchasing Neanuridae springtails from me, you therefore acknowledge that you have preexisting slime culture(s) and can feed them.
I do not sell or offer sclerotia or live slime.
Overnight is the only shipping method that guarantees LAG for Neanuridae species I have available, despite the other two shipping methods stating LAG. This is due to this species being sensitive to movement and temperature spikes. Again, only overnight should be used when purchasing these, as the health of the animals is very important.

I use USPS Priority, UPS 2 Day, and UPS Next Air Saver shipping services.
Each invertebrate listing will state the exact shipping service or services that are suggested to maintain a safe arrival (please read).

All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays only via USPS or UPS.
Orders placed after Monday or Tuesday will ship the following week on a Monday or Tuesday.

Orders will only be shipped if your local temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F.
Heat packs, cold packs, and insulation are included as needed based on your location.

A Live Arrival Guarantee is provided on all live animal shipments. This is valid as long as they are unpackaged within an hour of the delivery timestamp.
You must be available to receive your package on the first delivery attempt to retain LAG. I do not offer Hold for Pickup on this site, and all deliveries are “to the door” to avoid hub issues.
In the event of all specimens arriving DOA (Dead on Arrival) or more than half of a culture, you must contact me within 1 hour of delivery with a clear video of the animals and packaging.

As long as sufficient stock is available, replacements will be offered only if all or more than half of a culture arrives DOA.
If replacements are issued, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs only.
I do not offer refunds; only replacements on select stock.

“Hold for pickup” is not offered on this site.
If you are insistent and prefer “hold for pickup” please message me so that arrangements can be made.

Once a package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, delays are outside of my control.
If DOAs occur due to shipping delays, replacement will be offered if stock is available, but refunds will not be issued.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a reship.
